Planet Technologies seeks Microsoft CRM Developer in Germantown, MD (and other U.S. locations as needed).
Job Duties: Lead design sessions and able to make appropriate judgments in designing xRM solutions (out of the box product features, custom development and/or use of third party tools) when appropriate to ensure best possible solution for customers (balancing UI/UX, cost, timeline and service delivery needs); lead technical team (requirements analysts, CRM consultants, CRM developers, .NET developers) and work with SharePoint team, when needed, to implement secure and effective client solutions; serves as subject matter expert to customers, partners and technical teams; deliver effective strategic presentations to audiences of all sizes; maintain extensive product group relationships and drive technical readiness for CRM solutions with product certifications and specific ISV packaged solutions expertise as needed.
Requires: a Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration or related field of study plus 1 year experience or, alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration or related, plus 5 years of experience; Experience implementing CRM solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform as well as experience with or knowledge of large scale CRM systems (e.g. Siebel, SAP, Salesforce.com); understanding of competitive technology to properly assess feasibility of migrating customer solutions from, and/or integrating with existing customer solutions hosted on Microsoft or non-Microsoft platforms; demonstrated experience in system design and managing teams for large scale implementations is required including CRM, XRM or similar solutions; experience in business intelligence, Dynamics integration (GP, NAV, AX, SL), SSRS and data analytics; hands-on expertise in at least two of the following Microsoft products or technologies: .NET, SQL Server, BizTalk, SharePoint, Office, Active Directory and application Developer, Scribe, eConnect or ADx studios; and occasional travel to client sites as needed.

- CRM Development Manager
Planet Technologies seeks CRM Development Manager in Germantown, MD, and other U.S. locations as needed.
Determine Project needs and business resources required to execute CRM projects. Work with Client Executive Project Sponsors to clarify and define strategy & objectives, scope and CRM business requirements. Define success CRM Project criteria for projects. Manage project scope, drive resolution and keep project on schedule. Develop and track project action items and issues. Document all necessary items as needed. Identify and communicate risks and responses to mitigate project risk. Responsible for the coordination and creation of project documentation and project processes. Work with CRM client team to develop appropriate testing plans to ensure user acceptance, data quality, and system integrity. Coordinate the development of training materials, user manuals and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the business owners and users. Facilitate requirements definition meetings with customers. Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Develop functional specifications and system design specifications. Work with customers/prospects to identify key business issues and their priorities. Install the CRM software suites of MS CRM in clients environment. Determine and evaluate the appropriate IT environment for clients based on the requirements of the CRM applications software. Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Make base level application configuration and customization in the MS CRM application.
Requires: a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience. In the alternative, Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience; Demonstrated ability to execute multiple, interdependent end to end projects including identifying CRM project objectives, creating requirements and solution design; Demonstrated ability to learn and master technical detail related to CRM; 1 year of experience as a customer facing consultant in a software environment; Experience working with either CRM, ERP or similar product; Coding skills such as SQL server/.Net/ASP.NET; and occasional travel to client sites as needed.
