Company One of Only 20 Companies in the US to Receive Partner Program Certification

GERMANTOWN, MD (PRWEB) FEBRUARY 09, 2014 – Planet announced today it has completed the Yammer Customer Engagement Partner Program to become one of only 20 companies in the US designated by Microsoft as a certified Yammer partner.

Planet participated in the Yammer Customer Engagement Program which included specific training to become certified as Power Users, Administrators and Community Managers. Each certification track required completing a variety of activities, such as a series of workshops, online course and other training opportunities. Participants were provided the tools to help customers toward successful enterprise social adoption and to tailor their specific business initiatives around using Yammer.

Being selected for the Yammer program ended a strong year for Planet, one of only 35 Microsoft Nationally Managed Systems Integrator (NSI) partners in the United States who are often referred to as the “Rock stars of the Microsoft Community”. In 2013, Planet was also selected to be the first Microsoft AOS-G Partner in the United States which enables the company to sell Office 365 licenses directly to government clients.
