This multiyear award positions Planet as a strategic cybersecurity partner supporting the State’s modernization, Zero Trust, cloud security, identity security, data protection, and cyber resilience initiatives. Work will be delivered through fixed-price, time-bound Statements of Work spanning identity and access management, cloud security, data security and compliance, endpoint and mobile security, security implementation and integration, security awareness and training, and Zero Trust architecture and modernization.
These service areas align closely with Planet’s Microsoft security practice, including our expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Defender, Purview, Sentinel, Intune, and Privileged Identity Management. NCDIT’s selection reflects our track record delivering enterprise cybersecurity programs for public-sector and commercial organizations, built on delivery methodologies aligned to NIST, CMMC, and Zero Trust frameworks.
This award is a milestone for Planet’s cybersecurity practice, validating our Microsoft security expertise and public-sector delivery experience while opening a long-term channel for cybersecurity consulting and modernization support across North Carolina government.
