Microsoft is expanding Microsoft 365 Copilot’s mobile capabilities with voice notes, allowing users to capture offline conversations and turn them into structured, searchable, and actionable content. With a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, users will be able to record voice notes directly in the Copilot mobile app and later revisit key takeaways, summaries, and insights. This feature is currently in development and is expected to begin rolling out worldwide for standard multi-tenant environments in January 2026.

Powered by Microsoft 365 Copilot, this new web part can help content owner easily curate FAQ by working with agents and connected grounding data. With a Human-in-the-Loop approach, it ensures high-quality, trustworthy FAQs—without the hassle. The result? A living FAQ that evolves with your organization’s needs.

Microsoft Purview Compliance Portal: Service health dashboard

As a Microsoft Purview user, you’ll be able to view outages, service issues, and advisories that might impact your services. This new dashboard will combine the services and solutions health of Purview, Microsoft 365 services, and Azure Cloud Services in one central place in the Purview portal, eliminating the need to go to several places to find this information.

Microsoft 365 admin center: Agents usage report

A new agents usage report will be available in the Microsoft 365 admin center. The report will be scoped to include agents in M365 Copilot and Copilot Chat with usage by both M365 Copilot licensed and unlicensed users. The report will include total active agent users, total active agents, active users segmentation by licensed and unlicensed users, and active users and active agents segmentation by publisher type (i.e. user-created agents, agents built by your org, agents built by Microsoft, agents built by Microsoft partners). The report will also include usage details per user, agent, and user-agent pair. #copilotcontrolsystem

Microsoft Purview: Data Lifecycle Management-Auto-Archive for Exchange Online

A new capability called Auto-Archiving for Exchange Online will enter public preview in November 2025 (currently under private preview for selected customers). When a user’s mailbox utilization exceeds 95% of its quota and archive mailbox is present, this feature automatically moves the oldest items excluding those tagged with “Never Move to Archive” from the primary mailbox to the archive mailbox to prevent mail flow disruptions by keeping usage below the safe threshold of 95% of mailbox quota.

Microsoft 365 app: Microsoft Loop – Multi-geo support for shared Loop workspaces

This ensures data storage for shared Loop workspaces is in the correct geo. M365 group-owned workspaces are created in the group’s geo, while non-M365 group-owned workspaces are created in the creator’s preferred data location.

Microsoft Purview: Data Loss Prevention-Data Security Triage Agent in Data Loss Prevention

The Data Security Triage Agent creates an agent-managed alert queue that identifies and prioritizes the DLP and IRM alerts that pose the greatest risk to your organization. It delivers a summary and clear explanation for why each alert was prioritized, helping analysts focus on what matters most.
For this GA release, we’re introducing expanded coverage (which also includes Endpoint DLP alerts as well as alerts that leverage Custom SITs (Sensitive Information Types)) and support for Entra Agent ID.
