Yes. Copilot Chat is available in GCC, and Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities are available in GCC High as well. Feature timing and supported experiences can vary by cloud, so Planet’s monthly training focuses on what’s current for Commercial, GCC, and GCC High environments.
Look for the green shield icon in the Copilot experience. Hover over the icon to confirm enterprise data protection is enabled for your session.
Start a New Chat. Copilot uses conversation context to guide responses, so beginning a new chat helps prevent unrelated prompts from blending together.
Yes. You can save prompts by hovering over a prompt and selecting the ribbon icon. Saved prompts appear under Your Prompts so you can reuse and refine them over time.
Files uploaded during Copilot Chat are stored in your OneDrive in a folder named Microsoft Copilot Chat Files. You can manage, move, or delete them from there based on your organization’s retention policies.
Ask Copilot to try again with sources. A simple follow-up prompt like “Please cite your sources.” will often generate the links or references you need.
Absolutely. Copilot can draft outlines and full content, rewrite for tone (executive vs. general staff), summarize changes, and generate FAQ-style content—then you can review and finalize before publishing.
You can ask Copilot to help. Try: “Help me write an effective prompt for [task].” Copilot will guide you on structure, context to include, and the best format for results.
