Including, but not limited to IT effectiveness and maturity assessments; strategic and tactical planning, governance, architecture; independent verification and validation (IV\&V); market research, procurement advisory, contract transition; data governance, business analytics, reporting.

Including, but not limited to full project/program management lifecycle (PMI/PMBOK, Agile, change management); business case development, risk assessment, stakeholder management; strategic planning, program assessment, training, and coaching.
