Planet Technologies Receives Perfect Ratings in Latest Microsoft Customer Service Survey

Company Beats National Microsoft Partner Average by up to 30%

GERMANTOWN, MD (PRWEB) JANUARY 28, 2014 – Planet Technologies, the leading Microsoft IT consulting and services partner, announced today that they have received perfect scores in all six of the survey areas in the latest Microsoft Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey. Results are taken from an independent third party survey as part of the Microsoft Partner Program re-enrollment process.

Planet received 100% ratings for customer satisfaction, quality of products, value received, technical competency of staff, the ability to meet client’s needs, and whether the client would recommend the company to others. Planet beat the national Microsoft partner average in some categories by nearly 30%. In addition, it’s the first time Planet has received perfect scores in all categories.

The perfect survey results ended a strong year for Planet, one of only 35 Microsoft Nationally Managed Systems Integrator (NSI) partners in the United States who are often referred to as the “Rock stars of the Microsoft Community”. In 2013, Planet was selected to be the first Microsoft AOS-G Partner in the United States which enables the company to sell Office 365 licenses directly to government clients. In addition, Planet was selected by Microsoft as one of the first companies to become a Yammer Customer Engagement Partner.
