Planet Technologies worked alongside a major city in Texas to rapidly build a solution to improve the processing and tracking of a large influx of COVID vaccination appointments. Leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) we developed a successful workflow while training city staff to build future solutions on their own.
